Sunny is dedicated to leveraging advanced technologies such as machine intelligence, geospatial systems, and robotics to solve real-world challenges across both private and public sector organizations. As the Chief Strategy Officer of Neural, his primary focus is to drive the company's corporate partnerships and growth across various sectors and address identified gaps.

Before founding Neural, Sunny established a strategic advisory firm, leveraging his experience in international M&A, investment advisory, and venture capital. Previously, he was an M&A Investment Banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he facilitated $2 billion in global syndicated transactions with financial institutions and investment funds. He also served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Zccounting, a national technology accounting firm, and was responsible for managing a $150 million debt capital portfolio.

He holds FINRA Series 62, 63, and 79 licenses and earned a B.S.B. in Finance and Accounting from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
