Anthony is a senior executive with extensive experience in business development, public policy, and public affairs across government, non-profit, and commercial sectors. His passion lies in technological innovation, transportation, and development, particularly within the space sector, including satellite applications development, earth observation imagery, and remote sensing. He actively contributes to space and UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems) commercial and policy development in North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific.

Before joining Neural Technologies, Anthony held significant positions. He played a key role in helping technical agencies of the United Nations and the World Bank leverage satellite data and analytics platforms for decision-making in earth observation programs across Central Asia, the South Pacific, and Africa. Additionally, Anthony served as the Chief Strategic Engagement Officer for the Radiant Earth Foundation, where he forged partnerships to leverage earth observation geospatial data and analytics tools for various global initiatives. His work encompassed projects related to global health, food security, and environmental missions, including efforts to address climate change in the South Pacific and track vector-borne disease outbreaks associated with illegal mining activities in South America. Most recently, for the Global Fund based in Switzerland, Anthony led the Tech Collective, a private sector consortium of technology and health companies, providing satellite and mobile enabled digital platforms and related services, to Ministries of Health across Africa.
